I have struggled with finding the right product to get me moving and regular, this product has been total game changer. I am regular, less bloated and feeling better. I have even told my colonic therapist about this product, love that it’s a local product as well.

I just tried this coz Lynsey told me I should.. which is generally enough for me… and it didn’t disappoint. First off, it’s yum - I often grab it in the avo with coconut water when I need something a little sweet. Secondly I find it filling, when adding it to brekkie or a pancake batter it just feels more satisfying when you are finished. Thirdly, I notice the impact on my digestion very quickly, as someone with pelvic floor challenges, this product really makes a difference. I love it. Obviously.

This product has been a game changer in my digestive health. Having it daily I noticed a significant difference in my digestion. I either have it mixed with some coconut milk or add it to my smoothie.
Due to an autoimmune disease, I've had over two decades on immunosuppressants and 10 years on an antibiotic.
