I have now taken gut food for 3 months. I suffered with constipation, gut and stomach discomfort, bloating and reflux for most of my life. The heaviness in my upper abdomen has gone, no reflux at all, no discomfort and minimal bloating, ( only when I haven’t had enough water) and my bowels are regular, not painful. And due to all of this my pelvic floor has become more controllable. Fantastic product. It took me about 2 weeks to start getting better bowel movements and less discomfort. I found taking it day & night in a split dose worked best at the start. So grateful

First off, it’s yum - I often grab it in the avo with coconut water when I need something a little sweet. Secondly I find it filling, when adding it to brekkie or a pancake batter it just feels more satisfying when you are finished. Thirdly, I notice the impact on my digestion very quickly, as someone with pelvic floor challenges, this product really makes a difference. I love it. Obviously.
