How It Works?

1. Order Your Test

Purchase your test online through Nourished Blends for $450. Your test is arranged through Seed & Sprout Nutrition. Complete Questionnaire emailed to you after purchase or click here. Please note your test cannot be ordered until questionnaire complete. 

2. Receive Your Test Kit & Collect Your Sample

Your test kit will be sent directly to your home by NutriPATH. Simply follow the instructions provided to collect your stool sample at home, then return it to the laboratory for analysis.

3. Laboratory Analysis

Your sample is analysed using shotgun metagenomic sequencing to generate a detailed microbiome report.

4. Review Your Results

Your results are sent directly to Lynsey Koch. Once available, a separate consultation can be booked to discuss your findings and personalised gut health recommendations.

Please note: The $450 test price does not include the follow-up consultation. This appointment is booked and charged separately.

What happens after I submit this form?

Once we receive your details, Lynsey Koch, Clinical Nutritionist at Seed & Sprout Nutrition and founder of Nourished Blends, will arrange your test through NutriPATH.

How long will it take for my test to be ordered?

Please allow 1–3 business days for your test to be arranged once we've received your completed questionnaire. The sooner you submit your details, the sooner we can organise your test with NutriPATH.

When will I receive my test kit?

Your test kit will be sent directly to your nominated shipping address by NutriPATH. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

What happens once I've completed my test?

Follow the instructions provided with your kit to collect and return your sample to NutriPATH. Once your results are available, they'll be sent directly to Lynsey, who will notify you when they've arrived. You will then need to book a consultation with Lynsey to review your results, understand your findings and discuss personalised recommendations. This consultation is booked and charged separately.

How long will my results take?

NutriPATH currently estimates approximately 7 business days for laboratory analysis. This is an estimate and does not include shipping or any additional processing delays.

Are my results consultation included?

No. Your $450 purchase covers the laboratory test only. Once your results have arrived, you can book a separate consultation with Lynsey to review your findings and discuss personalised nutrition and gut health recommendations.
