I have been using gut for for some time now and I have found it to be very helpful in keeping me regular. I feel less bloated and more energetic. I do notice when I have not had it for a few days the difference in the way I feel, so I try to keep on top of it and make sure to have it everyday. Thank you nourished blends for this amazing product.

I have been suffering with constipation almost all my life and had not come across a product that worked - until now! I have been trialling Lynsey's Gut Food for a month and for the first time I am achieving a perfect bowel motion consistently. It is a blend of the most amazing ingredients, it dissolves/mixes easily and tastes great. I am so grateful I heard about this product and highly recommend it.

I have now taken gut food for 3 months. I suffered with constipation, gut and stomach discomfort, bloating and reflux for most of my life. The heaviness in my upper abdomen has gone, no reflux at all, no discomfort and minimal bloating, ( only when I haven’t had enough water) and my bowels are regular, not painful. And due to all of this my pelvic floor has become more controllable. Fantastic product. It took me about 2 weeks to start getting better bowel movements and less discomfort. I found taking it day & night in a split dose worked best at the start. So grateful

I have struggled with finding the right product to get me moving and regular, this product has been total game changer. I am regular, less bloated and feeling better. I have even told my colonic therapist about this product, love that it’s a local product as well.

I just tried this coz Lynsey told me I should.. which is generally enough for me… and it didn’t disappoint. First off, it’s yum - I often grab it in the avo with coconut water when I need something a little sweet. Secondly I find it filling, when adding it to brekkie or a pancake batter it just feels more satisfying when you are finished. Thirdly, I notice the impact on my digestion very quickly, as someone with pelvic floor challenges, this product really makes a difference. I love it. Obviously.

I have always suffered from gut issues.
Since using this product my health has improved and my stomach had really settled. I loved to use this in my protein shakes or sprinkled over my cereal.
To support a local product and know that only the best ingredients are used is also a big plus.
