I don’t say this lightly - Gut Food has genuinely changed my life.
After years of trying different blends to ease my IBS symptoms (now officially diagnosed as ulcerative colitis), this is the first one that’s actually made a difference.
I add it to my smoothies or breakfast bowls daily, and I never travel without it.. it’s that essential. If your gut needs some love, this is honestly the one I’d start with.
Obsessed. Grateful. Never going back.

This product is fantastic. I take a spoonful most mornings and noticed a difference immediately. It provides a gentle but noticeable improvement to my daily digestion and overall gut health. Plus, it tastes great! It’s incredibly easy to mix into smoothies, breakfast, or just a little almond milk. Highly recommended!

I am not always diligent in maintaining healthy eating habits, but whenever my gut lets me know it is unhappy, it is a reminder that all I need to do is to resume and maintain my intake of "Gut Food" to feel better. I notice the improvement very quickly. It has not surprised me to now see on this website that "Gut Food" has received two "Clean and conscious" awards for best Gut Food.

After experimenting with several different gut food blends I have settled on this one as it actually works! I have it in my morning porridge and it just seems to be effective in keeping everything settled and happy if you know what I mean😊.

We have used Gut Food as needed for years but recently started making it part of our daily routine. Our 3 young kids love it in warm coconut milk on a winters day, added into a protein smoothie or mixed into our porridge/pikelets. I love knowing our sometimes picky children are getting a hit of variety and gut-strengthening foods!

Why am I so obsessed with this?….. I felt I needed to support my digestion which literally fed the good bacteria within the gut, enabling the bowel to do its work with the beneficial bacteria. Wow, the bowel motion had improved immensely. I’m impressed with the ingredients AND Psyllium listed fifth!! not the main ingredient . Well done Nourished Blends for introducing an amazing Gut food.

I love this product and was so excited to re order.
I placed my second order on 20th April and I still have not received my order. I sent an email to the company last week querying where it was and have had no response.
Disappointed and unsure if I will re purchase again given this experience.
Nourished Blends4 months agoWe are devastated to hear this - I have looked at the tracking and shipping, and it was fulfilled the same day and delivered on the 6th but something on that end might have gone wrong. I also cannot see an email so I will cross check all our communication methods, so this doesn't happen to anyone else!
