  • Organic Psyllium Husk

    Psyllium husk, derived from the seeds of Plantago ovata plant, consists of fibre which has limited digestibility in humans but acts as a favourite fuel source for several members of intestinal microbes.   • PHGG

    PHGG or Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum is a gentle low fodmap prebiotic fibre that promotes healthy bowel function and regularity, improves bowel consistency and helps return stool to a normal healthy state without bloating.
