I’ve been having this powder as a little hot chocolate for the last few weeks, and I’ve honestly noticed such a difference, even my partner has noticed it too!
The last few weeks/months have been pretty stressful, and normally by the time I get into bed my mind is still racing. I’d often overthink things and struggle to switch off and fall asleep. Since having this, I’ve found myself getting into bed feeling much calmer, falling asleep earlier and sleeping really well without all those thoughts keeping me awake.
I’ve also noticed a difference when I’m out socially. I’m usually pretty quiet and don’t talk and if I do, tend to overthink what I say afterwards, but lately we’ve been hanging out with people and I’ve just been feeling much more comfortable being myself. I feel calmer, more present and less caught up in my head.
It’s become such a nice little part of my routine, and I genuinely look forward to having it. 🤎

I have MS, Cancer and gut issues which I am taking with Lynsey's guidance with her Blends, but this Calm food is the cherry on top and gives my body, peace twice a day..Absolutely gorgeous to taste, and mix it with my Gut Food or My Oats..Recommend Highly

I honestly can’t stop raving about Calm. After years (not exaggerating here) of shocking sleep, lack of sleep and waking up at 1:30 and staying awake then nodding off at 5am then having to get up at 6:30 to adult all day I was beginning to think this was me for the rest of my life!
Then I discovered Calm. I’m on my 4th pot now and will be ordering again this week because I’m now sleeping through the night and feel amazing thanks to this outstanding product. I take it morning (in my hot cacao) and with hot water about an hour before bed. It’s made me look forward to going to bed knowing I will sleep well rather than dreading what the night will bring. Amazing 5* 10/10 product.

I have been using calm food daily and honestly it’s become a daily staple for me. Working nights, juggling work, kids and the roller coaster of life and everything in between it has been my saving grace. Helping to keep me balanced and my nervous system regulated. It’s that little bit of extra support I need to keep me going without feeling completely run down. Lynsey you are a magician!!!

I have been taking Calm Food daily for the past six months, and I have noticed a real improvement in my sleep!
Yes, I still wake up for a loo run, but I can fall back asleep much more easily. And honestly, with everything I have tried, I feel Calm Food has been the perfect addition to my routine to help me find better sleep during menopause.
