I have been taking this regularly now for over a year, I had an awesome consult with Lynsey back in the early days in 2023, and she put me onto this as an overall regular health option, and it works. I really notice it if I forget to take it!! I even took it to my integrated GP to assess and she couldn't give it a higher review. I take it every afternoon around 3pm in a cold glass of milk (with a little milo added, just as a treat) and I love it. Try it, as Lynsey said to me, "its good healthy food" so why not :) I have just purchased the Gut Food bundle as I don't want to run out of it!! (it would be great to have this in little travel sachets, but I take it with me wherever I go)

I have been suffering with constipation almost all my life and had not come across a product that worked - until now! I have now taken gut food for 3 months. I suffered with constipation, gut and stomach discomfort, bloating and reflux for most of my life. The heaviness in my upper abdomen has gone, no reflux at all, no discomfort and minimal bloating, ( only when I haven’t had enough water) and my bowels are regular, not painful. First off, it’s yum - I often grab it in the avo with coconut water when I need something a little sweet. Secondly I find it filling, when adding it to brekkie or a pancake batter it just feels more satisfying when you are finished. Thirdly, I notice the impact on my digestion very quickly, as someone with pelvic floor challenges, this product really makes a difference. I love it. Obviously.

I have used this product for several years and it has aided my reflux immensely as I don't take medication for it. Anyone that has reflux problems they should try it. I split my dosage between morning and evening and mix with vanilla yogurt.and the taste is fine for me! Would recommend highly.
