Gluten Free Paleo Bread with GUT FOOD

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups almond meal/flour 
  • 7 tbl cassava flour
  • 3 tbl Gut Food
  • 2 tbl arrowroot flour
  • 1/2 tsp fine himilayan salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbl organic ghee, melted and cooled
  • 4 large organic eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or other alternative drinking milk)
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Preheat oven to 180 C. Generously grease a bread loaf pan and put a cut piece of baking paper on the bottom. 
  • Mix together almond meal, cassava flour, arrowroot, Gut Food, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. 
  • Whisk together eggs, ghee, coconut milk and vinegar in another medium bowl. 
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry all at once and stir until just combined (do not over mix). The batter will be thick. 
  • Immediately pour batter into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean or approximately 25-30 min depending on your oven. 
  • Cool on a rack before slicing. Can be stored wrapped in the fridge for up to 6 days.
