Pumpkin Spice Muffins with GUT FOOD

Are you ready to fall in love with a delicious treat. Look no further than my Nourished Blends Gut Food Pumpkin Spice Muffins! These delectable goodies are the perfect blend of cozy spices and pumpkin goodness.


  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 1/3 c cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/3 cup Gut Food 
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit
  • 1/2 c coconut oil
  • 1 1/4 c pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 c coconut or almond milk



  • Preheat oven to 190 C. Prepare a muffin tin with liners. 

  • In a large bowl whisk together flours, gut food, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and salt.
  • In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, sugar, monk fruit and oil. Then add in pumpkin and milk and mix. 

  • Pour wet mixture into dry and mix gently until just combined. 

  • Divide the batter amongst muffin cups.

  • Bake for 15-22 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
